Shen Qingshu couldn’t help but smile. He looked at Han Cheng whilst he silently sat down next to Zhang Mao, his eyes were fixed on Han Cheng.
Zhang Mao hadn’t expected the other party’s representative to be so handsome. His occupational illness nearly relapsed, and he wanted to ask, “Handsome, have you ever considered becoming a celebrity?”
But since he was the head of a listed group company, he probably wouldn’t consider it.
Zhang Mao smiled and politely started discussing the endorsement.
Han Cheng calmly observed the person smiling gently not far away. It was the same person in his dream: the same face, the same feeling, the same name.
Is it really him?
Is there really a Shen Qingshu in this world who looks exactly like the one in his dream?
Han Cheng found it a little hard to believe, but what he had been experiencing these past few days had always been dreamlike, unrealistic and unscientific.
After finishing his last project, he finally relaxed and went home for a nap.
Having recently spent most of his time trying to finish this project, Han Cheng hadn’t gotten a good night’s rest, so he slept surprisingly deeply, not only deep, but also for a long time.
He slept for a full 24 hours before Han Yu, worried about him, woke him up.
But those 24 hours in the real world were truly a fulfilling and complete other world in his dream.
Han Cheng dreamed that his father was the richest man in the country, his ge was the general manager, and he was the director. His best friends remained the same, except for a new person named Yan Jiayu, whom he didn’t recognize. As expected, he later discovered this person wasn’t a good person.
Of course, that wasn’t the main point; the main point was that he fell in love.
In his dream, he met a man named Shen Qingshu, a handsome man with a youthful spirit. From their first meeting, they were captivated while driving up the mountains. They not only remained car friends, but also started living together.
Shen Qingshu was so sweet, so alluring, so well-behaved, and so endearing, they naturally developed feelings for each other over time, caring for and falling in love with each other.
That was truly a sweet time, he had never felt a joy so sweet with anyone else, at any other time. He had never imagined love could be so exhilarating. He loved Shen Qingshu so much that if he could, he would have wanted to be glued to him every moment, to always keep him by his side.
Han Cheng was lost in this dream, relaxed and at ease, until Han Yu woke him.
He reluctantly opened his eyes, mumbling “QingQing” unconsciously, and saw Han Yu standing by the bed, looking at him worriedly.
“Awake?”
Han Cheng nodded, then said disgruntledly, “What are you disturbing me for? I’m on vacation.”
He was about to lie down and continue sleeping, but Han Yu stopped him. “You’re still sleeping? Do you know how long you’ve been asleep?”
“How long?” Han Cheng was unconcerned.

“A whole day and night, a full 24 hours!” Han Yu sat down beside his bed and asked with concern, “Are you okay? Why did you suddenly sleep for so long?”
Han Cheng was also shocked. “24 hours?!”
Oh my god! Is he a sleep god? How could he sleep for so long?
Han Cheng was stunned. It was unbelievable; he had never slept that long before.
Han Yu also felt something was amiss. As a precaution, he called the family doctor and asked him to come and examine Han Cheng.
The results were normal.
As the doctor put away his instruments, he said, “Maybe xiao Cheng’s been working too hard lately. After suddenly relaxing he slept for so long to recuperate.”
Han Cheng, who was still preoccupied with Shen Qingshu, accepted this explanation. He hurriedly sent Han Yu away after the doctor left, ready to continue meeting his dream lover.
Han Yu saw his anxious and flustered expression as he prepared to lie down again and felt helpless. “How tired are you? You’ve slept for 24 hours and it’s still not enough?”
“Evidently I’ve been working too hard,” Han Cheng replied.
“Then I’ll give you an extra month off?” Han Yu felt sorry for his brother. “You’re so young, yet your health is so poor. It’s really worrying.”
“I’m just too tired lately,” Han Cheng argued. “I’m in good health.”
“You’re in good health, and you need to recuperate like this?”
“I’ve been really busy lately. Don’t you want to rest after feeling tired?”
Han Yu really didn’t want to. In his limited twenty-odd years, he’d never felt that tired.
“With all due respect, I never complain of being tired, and I certainly don’t need deep sleep recuperation.”
Han Cheng: …That’s because you’re the devil!
“Alright, leave now.” Han Cheng lay down. “Don’t call me tomorrow.”
“Okay.” Han Yu observed him, he looked as if he wished he could sleep forever, and teased, “You’re so anxious, if I didn’t know any better I would have thought you were rushing to see your dream lover.”
“I’m not anxious to see my dream lover,” Han Cheng thought to himself, what do you know, you bachelor who’s never been in love.
He watched Han Yu walk out and quickly closed his eyes, wanting to dream of Shen Qingshu again. However, to his surprise, no matter how hard he tried, Shen Qingshu never entered his dream again.
Han Cheng was restless, waking up and falling asleep, falling asleep and waking up again, but he still couldn’t dream of Shen Qingshu.
He was unwilling to accept this, but he couldn’t control his dreams. What puzzled him even more was his state of mind.
It was just a dream, and it was normal to not be able to find it again. But he couldn’t accept it. It was as if that wasn’t his dream, but his other world.
He desperately wanted to continue his life in that other world, to see Shen Qingshu again, to be with him again.
He couldn’t eat or sleep because of it. His mind was full of Shen Qingshu. He even felt like he was in love with Shen Qingshu, and that Shen Qingshu should be by his side right now.
Han Cheng felt that something was wrong with his state of mind. This was too crazy, it was simply unscientific.

So he met up with friends to play ball and eat, but ended up drinking. While playing, he remembered Shen Qingshu running around the court with the ball during filming. While eating, he thought of Shen Qingshu being greedy and picky over food, how whenever he craved something, he’d obediently lean against him and call him “gege” or “driver.” While drinking, he remembered Shen Qingshu’s poor alcohol tolerance, how when drunk, he’d just cling to him.
He’d even kissed him! In full view of everyone in the bar, he’d draped his jacket over their heads, softly asking him to coax him and kiss him.
He was so sweet, gentle, and good-tempered. Even when he was angry, he wouldn’t throw a tantrum.
Han Cheng felt like he couldn’t even tell the difference between himself now and himself in his dreams.
It felt like he was the same person now as the person in his dreams. It felt like he’d always loved Shen Qingshu.
He’d drunk a bit too much, and returned home exhausted. And then, finally, he dreamed of Shen Qingshu again—the sweet and affectionate Shen Qingshu in his dreams.
He walked over, somewhat annoyed, wanting to ask where he’d been and why he’d been gone for the past few days. But just as he approached, the other person vanished.
